I recently purchased a new AEG induction hob to replace an older Electrolux gas hob.  Taskforce, the gas engineers we usually use, were able to book in the removal of the gas hob very soon afterward and they recommended Ed from Millpond Electricals to install the new hob on the same day.  As we know, electricians are very busy people but Ed very kindly fitted us in on the morning of a bank holiday to run the initial wiring.  He then returned at 6.30pm, after a full days work already, on the day the gas hob was removed and had the new induction hob installed and ready to use within a couple of hours.  I feel that Ed went above and beyond, really, in order for us to have our new hob installed and working with the minimum of disruption to us. He turned up on time for both appointments, explained clearly what he needed to do, carried out the job professionally and tidied up afterward.  We would recommend him to friends and family.
